Q: Where are you located?
A: Kilby Court is located at 741 South Kilby Court in Salt Lake City, UT— at the end of a small street named Kilby Court which begins at 700 S and about 350 W. We are at the very south end on the east side of the street.
Q: Where can I park?
Attendees: It is always best to park on the street (700 South) and walk up the alleyway, or you may find a spot along the side of the street. There are some residences and businesses on the Kilby Court street so please do not block their homes/parking spaces with your vehicles.
Performers: Limited parking is available on-site. Please drive to the end of the alleyway and to your left to load in.
Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU Accept?
A: Kilby is now a cashless venue. If you are paying for a ticket at the door, we accept card or mobile payments.
Q: I have ADA needs. Who can i speak to?
A: Please email derek@snspresents.com in advance with your specific needs or questions, and we will do our best to provide a comfortable & quality show experience for you.
Q: Do you sell physical tickets / have a box office?
A: We do not have a box office. All tickets are available online-only prior to the show date. If the concert has not sold out in advance, we will sell tickets at the door once we open.
Q: What time do your doors open? And what time will the show start?
A: Doors usually open at 7pm unless indicated otherwise. The set times are slightly different every night, but the music typically starts 30-45min. after doors open. Shows usually end by 10pm.
Q: Is your venue outside?
A: No. Kilby Court is an indoor venue. However, we have an outdoor patio connected to the venue. The side walls to the venue are also opened and closed depending on the climate/season.
Q: Can I bring my child to Kilby Court?
A: Yes, the venue is all-ages. However, all people regardless of age require a ticket due to our current capacity restrictions. No exceptions can be made at this time.
Q: Do you serve alcohol?
A: No. Kilby Court is a dry, all ages venue.
Q: Do you serve food?
A: No, but we have limited concessions available for purchase.
Q: Where can I sit?
A: Kilby Court is a standing venue with limited seating options available. However, if you have a physical disability or special circumstance which requires a designated seat, contact our management at derek@snspresents.com and they will be happy to arrange something for you.
Q: I have tickets on Will Call / Guest list. Where can I pick them up?
A: Present your ID to our door staff and let them know that you have will call tickets or are on the guest list and they will be able to let you in. Make a note of what site you used for will call tickets or the source of your guest list spot so that we can track it down for you as quickly as possible.
Q: I purchased tickets but will no longer be able to attend. Can I get a refund or give my tickets to someone else?
A: All tickets are non-refundable, unless the event itself is cancelled. If you would like to have someone go in your stead, email them your original confirmation email + the tickets and our door staff will assist them.
Q: I purchased tickets FROM A 3rd Party site / A stranger online and i am not sure if my tickets are valid. How can i check?
A: If you are going to a show at Kilby Court, always make sure to check the ticket link that is connected to our website first for tickets. You will be directed to the primary (most often the ONLY) ticketing source for that show. If you purchased tickets to a sold out event from a site that is not connected to our website, we cannot guarantee that your ticket is valid. Find more info on 24tix’s fan-to-fan marketplace here.
Q: I had tickets to a show that cancelled! Can I get a refund?
A: Yes, your ticketing provider will automatically refund your money within five business days of the cancellation. Email your ticketing platform’s support contact if you have not received your refund after this period.
Q: I lost my ID/credit card/cell phone/ jacket/ etc. When can I come pick it up?
A: All lost items can be picked up at our location at any time after 7pm on the nights which we are open. We are not responsible for any items that are left behind or cannot be reclaimed. Email awheeler@snspresents.com if you have questions about your lost item.
Q: How do I book a show at Kilby Court?
A: All touring artists can contact Moriah Glazier at moriah@snspresents.com for booking inquiries. Local artists can contact Taylor Lines at taylor@snspresents.com. Music samples, links, and contact information are greatly appreciated.
KILBY COURT VENUE RULES
No weapons of any kind.
No outside food or beverages.
No alcohol. Kilby Court is a dry, all ages venue.
No drugs or illicit substances.
No smoking inside the venue.
No unauthorized/unlicensed vending, soliciting, handbills, sampling, or giveaways.
No flash photography. Non-professional, point & shoot cameras are allowed (attached lenses must be smaller than 2 inches) unless otherwise stated. Professional cameras must be approved by venue and artist management before the show.
No moshing, crowd-surfing, or stage diving.
No pets allowed.
No backpacks or large bags. Small purses and fanny packs allowed but subject to search.
Security reserves the right to search bags, perform pat-down checks, and refuse/revoke entry at their discretion. These reasons include intoxication, disturbing hygiene, engaging in hate speech, belligerent or noncompliant behavior, acts or threats of violence, disturbing other guests, etc.
